This site is for sinners – people who have messed things up, damaged themselves and others, and endure guilt and shame.  There is hope, and we aim to help you find it.

Sin separates a person from God.  It causes a breach, or divide, between the sinner and the Creator.  Sin also condemns.  There really isn’t anything good about sin.  It’s always bad, always wrong, and always deadly.

People tend to avoid sin’s consequences.  They really don’t want to think about them.  We don’t like concepts like condemnation, or “lost”, or hell!  These ideas don’t just get bad press, a lot of people refuse to believe bad consequences exist.  But the truth is, sin has awful consequences.  That’s the bad news.

Bad news gets worse.  Sinners are powerless to resolve the problem of sin.  They don’t deserve resolution, and they can’t earn it.  They are dead in their sins.  Helpless!

But there is hope.  “Gospel” means “good news,” and it’s news specifically for sinners.  The amazing message of the Bible is that God saves sinners.  It doesn’t matter what the sin is.  Jesus gave his life as a sacrifice by which God forgives the sins in our lives.

The message of this web site is that Jesus saves sinners.  He will save you!  You can’t be too bad.  He will save you, and then help you to live a redeemed life.  That’s really good news!

On the menu, you’ll see a “start here” page.  So, start right there.  You can click around on other pages, but we’ve designed the site in a logical order.  So, start at the start.

On our “start here” page, you’ll find a very simple study about salvation.  You’ll learn about the problem of sin, and about the consequences.  Then you’ll learn what Jesus did to solve your sin problem.  It’s the most encouraging message in the world!

The “resources” page has many more studies that will help you understand God’s will for your life,  and how to find additional help and support from other sinners who learned how to be saved.  Don’t try all this on your own.  There’s no reason to do that.  Get some help and support.  Learn the value of spiritual fellowship and friendship of saved people.  You’ll find they are very real.  No fakes.  Real people who continue together the life-long process that prepares us for death and judgment.  Find the “start here” and get going!
